To leave a stone, you need an invitation — either from Cairn, or from someone who has already left a stone.
Once an invitation from Cairn arrives, you have 23 days to finish writing.
Applying is free. The three stones cost $3, $9, or $15 depending on where you live.
Apart from applying, the only way in is an invitation from someone who has already left a stone.
Application received
Cairn will send invitations to selected applicants. The timing is at the operator's discretion.
We write only when an invitation has been decided. If no message arrives within 23 days of applying, please consider that no invitation was offered this time. We do not send a notice for non-selection. Nothing more is needed on this page.
Beyond the invitation notice, Cairn will not email you.
