  • Tier 3 (Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Estonia, Poland, Israel, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Chile, Uruguay): $3.00 × 3 = $9.00
  • Tier 1 (all other regions): $1.00 × 3 = $3.00

Time of payment

Time of service delivery

The first stone is published within seconds of payment confirmation.

The remaining two stones may be placed at any time within 50 years from the moment of purchase.

If the first stone is not published within 24 hours of payment due to system failure, the full charge is automatically refunded.

Returns and cancellations

This is a digital service and is not subject to cooling-off rights.

Refunds after payment are issued only in cases caused by the operator (e.g., system failure to deliver the first stone).

Stones not placed within the 50-year window lapse and are non-refundable.

Defective service
If service is not delivered due to operator fault, contact us by email; we will refund the full amount after verification.
