Each half year we publish what came in, what went out, and how the donation pool was split — chosen by the writers themselves.
How the money breaks down
Each entry's base fee covers payment processing fees, infrastructure costs, and consumption tax.
What remains (net revenue) is split evenly: half to operations and the operator's compensation, half to the donation pool below. The operator's specific compensation amount is not itemised, but is bounded at 50% of net revenue per Terms §4.5.
Voluntary donation amounts added at checkout are donated in full (100%), less only payment processing fees.

Donation distribution
Shares are computed as the sum of every writer's allocation, in proportion. Not majority vote — minority preferences are reflected fully.
No half-yearly report has been published yet. The first will appear after the initial six months.
